I work as a strategic partner to leaders, designers, and delivery teams
Sometimes I facilitate the room. Sometimes I roll up my sleeves. I specialise in moments where clarity, alignment, and confidence are needed, whether that’s reframing strategy, designing a blueprint, or coaching a team through a shift.
After 10+ years in the industry I have built up a diverse toolset. My practice draws on design thinking, HCD, systems thinking and a variety of innovation and communication practices.
My working style is relaxed and pragmatic. There’s always a path forward or a new approach to try, so I don’t sweat on the hurdles or roadblocks. That helps everyone else stay calm too.
